I am deeply honored and grateful to have been recognized as the Portrait Photographer of the Year 2023 by the Maryland Professional Photographers Association as well as the best Child Portrait of the Year. I am new to print and image competition but decided 2023 was the year to try it. I entered my images in three separate competitions through the association with the winners announced December 5th. I am still in awe that I was awarded such a wonderful honor. It only pushes me to keep creating and perfecting my craft. In photography, there is no end to education and inspiration! I am looking forward to seeing what 2024 brings to not only my business but my quest to continue creating award winning photography.
